Here’s what you can expect as a new patient at Precision Chiropractic:
- Registration- New patient paperwork can be downloaded and filled out ahead of time. Click the button above to download.
- History- Medical history, history of current complaint and any other concerns you may have.
- Physical Exam- comprehensive physical and neurological exam.
- Plan- In your second visit (report of finding) we will review with you your x-rays (if necessary) and what was revealed in your new patient physical exam.
- Treatment- We make a treatment plan specific to you, no cookie cutter treatment around here! You will receive a full treatment plan made just for you with your health needs and healing in mind.
