Sports & Wellness Background
Growing up Justin was a year-round athlete including football, wrestling, and baseball. As a collegiate athlete at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, he earned All-Conference and All-Region honors in baseball. Dr. Cook’s love for sports and desire to be active and healthy, led him to seek active treatments and therapies for recurring injuries. It was there when he found a passion in chiropractic and ultimately, his career in helping others with their injuries through chiropractic, Active Release Technique (ART) and physical therapy. With these methods, Dr. Cook found a way to not only bring patients relief, but to actually find and fix the problem, not just manage the symptoms.
